Description
Steps:
- Install Insight - Asset Management
- Create an Object Schema
- Create some objects in the created Object Schema
- Create an Aseets objects field(legacy), configure this field and select the created schema.
- Make the Insight objects/Asset object field visible on the customer portal screen via Project Settings > Request Types > Edit fields.
- Create a Behaviour, and add Service Desk mapping to the JSM/JSD project and all request types.
- Attach the following snippet to the Behaviour Initialiser:
// Change the customfield_00000 to your Insight objects/Asset object field ID and "HOS-3" to the object key getFieldById("customfield_00000").setFormValue("HOS-3")
- Open the related customer portal and select a mapped request type, and see if the behaviour is setting the value in the
Expected Outcome
-The Insight objects/Asset object field value should be set properly.
Actual Outcome
-The field value is not set, if the page is refreshed we can see the value being set for a fraction of a second before being set to blank
