      Description

      Hi,

we have a Script listener that checks conditions and eventualy triggers a send-out of a notification. It is setup to react to Issue Commented Event.
Now it happened, or at least we got informed of this particular case, that a user inserted 2 comments to an issue very closely one after another (within 1 minute) and only the first one arrived as a notification.
Checking the log, I can actually see that in the first case the listener reacted to the event

      2015-07-17 10:17:59,006 http-bio-8080-exec-5483 DEBUG ronaldo.maistrello 617x1299334x2 1a26x7e 172.30.16.28 /rest/api/2/issue/KEY-1140/comment [com.custom.listeners.InternalComment] Internal comment event fired with comment: Approved for process.
Checked existing component, similar plug in Form & Fit. No issues. - author: rnlo.asrlo

but then nothing more. Same event, same listener, just nothing happening.
Is it a problem that the user activity happened so close one after other? I can't see any other explanation. But we need to be sure that all of the information is leaving in the direction of the clients.
      Thank you for any suggestions.
