Exit button for "Switch User" built in script

As a "Switch User" feature user
I want an easy way to log out from the current user I'm "switch" as and go back to my user session
so that Its easier for me to switch users

Acceptance Criteria

• When a user uses Switch User and is using Jira as the "new" user, there should be a panel displayed at the top (check design attached for guidelines - the design attached is not final. Please make it look better )
• Copy for the message is "You are now logged as Andre Serrano. If you want to return to your session as Jamie Echlin, click here." ctooley can you have a look at this copy please?
• Once the user clicks on the link, they would return to the session they were logged as before
• This should work if users are using SSO as well

Careful if you are using Jira banner, if there are multiple configurted there might be a clash
