adding a project filter to a query containing a picker field garbles the parameters

Create a query that includes eg a database picker field, example:

"My Db Values Picker" = "10006" order by updated DESC

Then return to basic view, and add a specific project to the filter.

Now the picker field's value is double encoded, and there will be an error like:

Failed to find record with ID: "10010"
Error in provided SQL, contact administrator
