Expand secure shell options to include boolean literals and negation

Boolean literals (e.g. true, false) and the Not operator currently aren't allowed in the expression JQL function in ScriptRunner for Jira & Conditional Tasks in ScriptRunner for Bamboo.

These are safe to add and should add a dash of flexibility & expressiveness to those shells.
