Execution History Visualization

As a heavy user of ScriptRunner, I would like to see execution history across my instance to help me identify problems quickly.

There are a couple things that should be relatively clear to identify from data that's already stored in the execution history:
1. Scripts that are frequently failing (throwing errors)
2. Scripts with especially long execution times (as defined by their average execution history)
