Disable configured items individually

We should be able to disable configured items individually. Depending on the item you either have to add false to your condition, comment out your script or delete the item entirely to disable it.

There should be a toggle button that you can use to disable or enable. Each item in the respective list should have a disabled flag set to true or false. We then check this before running the item.

This should be done for all configured items in all products.
