Browse Page search input loses focus

This is a usability issue with Browse Page search functionality.

Reproduction steps (revision 5.5.6-130-gae1923e5c):

1. Load browse page
2. Click on search input field
3. Type 'validators' and wait for a moment
4. Depending on your typing speed you may end up with 'v', 'va', 'vali' in the search input and no focus so that you can't type rest of the search phase

Expected behavior:

Browse Page should accept any search term without losing focus on the search input.
