Yaml files no longer auto deploy saved script configurations in custom plugin jar's

The following is the only configuration that currently works for deploying scripts automatically with a custom plugin jar and yaml files:

If you use a version after 13 for this section:

    <parent>
        <groupId>com.adaptavist.pom</groupId>
        <artifactId>scriptrunner-jira-standard</artifactId>
        <version>13</version>
        <relativePath/>
    </parent>

The yaml files are ignored and the scripts are not auto deployed

 This can be replicated by downloading and running our sample plugin:
